Senior Graphic Designer
Job Description:
We are looking for a talented Designer to complement our team, working for our client within the pharmaceutical industry.
Must have visual communication skills including: graphic design, layout and typography, who is comfortable in multiple workstream environments. Will execute on a variety of digital, on-line and print deliverables which include websites, banners, Interactive PDF’s, interactive visual aids, brochures, product packaging.
The role will be aligned to delivering on our client’s omnichannel strategy, focused on digital and print content and implementing of best practices. The Designer will support the omnichannel program of the client and as such, there is a focus is on asset adaptation and rapid refresh for their omnichannel strategy.
• Designing diverse digital/ web/ mobile and print deliverables such as Visual-Aids, Websites, Brochures, , Posters, logos, Banners, Interactive PDF’s, E- learning Modules & Covers for products and services;
• Solid concepting and design skills
• Strong understanding of design guidelines and brand guidelines and ability to translate them into creative deliverables
• Knowledge and experience in assets at scale and asset localisation process
• Knowledge of responsive design principles; UX & UI
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the tools, techniques, software, knowledge of multiple media and apply them in developing creative outputs as required
• Pharma or similarly regulated industry experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and process
• Ability to work both independently and in the team"
Ideal Profile:
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Arts/Graphic Design (or other related field) or equivalent years of experience
• 4-6 years of work experience in digital and print design ideally including User Interface design, with a mix of agency and client-side experience
• Keen attention to detail
• Effectively work under tight deadlines while managing multiple priorities/projects
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• An understanding of layout principles and the “cause and effect” of resizing a campaign; experience completing tasks under strict layout principles
• Experience creating campaigns and extending the look and feel through various re-sizes
• Fluent in the full Adobe Suite - InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop etc, Figma
• Should possess good oral and written communication skills with the ability to multitask
• Working knowledge of simple video editing and ideally motion graphics/SFX - Adobe Premiere Pro and preferably also After Effects is a plus
• Working knowledge of print, 4/C process and spot color printing and all
• standard print practices across Digital and Conventional disciplines and
• asset delivery experience
