Who are you?
We are seeking a Multimedia Designer with a dynamic range of skills across various creative and technical disciplines. This role is integral to delivering visually stunning, engaging, and impactful content that elevates a brand’s presence. You will need to bring a high level of creativity and technical proficiency across various media formats, including graphics, video, animation, audio, and UX/UI design. You’ll collaborate with different teams to bring ideas to life, from concept through execution, ensuring a cohesive, on-brand experience for every project. Having experience in pharmaceutical promotional advertising is preferred along with knowledge of the regulatory review process and familiarity with it’s requirements.
Job Description:
- Creative Concepting and Execution:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on multimedia content that aligns with brand objectives and enhances user experiences across a variety of omnichannel deliveries.
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling digital, on-line web / mobile and print deliverables such as Visual-Aids, Websites, Brochures, Posters, logos, Web Banners, Videos, Interactive PDFs and eLearning Modules.
- Incorporate storytelling elements into various media formats to deliver compelling brand messages.
- Multimedia Production:
- Execute designs for web and mobile interfaces, emphasizing aesthetics and functionality.
- Develop interactive media and animation, ensuring seamless integration across digital platforms and channels.
- Manage multimedia assets, ensuring they meet quality standards and are optimized for diverse channels, including web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
- Have a strong grasp of UX/UI principles, producing designs that not only look good but also enhance usability and customer engagement.
- Create and edit video content including motion graphics and basic audio post-production.
- Technical Expertise and Tools:
- Use advanced tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other creative software (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Cinema 4D) or similar tools to deliver top-tier content.
- Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand at the forefront of multimedia content creation.
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and ensure smooth delivery of multimedia assets across various platforms and devices.
- Collaborate closely with PM, design, and development teams to produce multimedia content that supports key business initiatives.
- Ensure consistency in multimedia assets by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of brand visual and design guidelines.
- Oversee the production of media from conception through final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met and revisions are implemented.
- Continuously optimize digital media for different platforms (e.g., social media, web, mobile) to ensure the highest quality.
- Participate in project intake meetings, brainstorming sessions, and present creative ideas and final work to internal teams and stakeholders.
Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Proven experience with creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, or other relevant software.
- Ideally have 4+ years of professional experience in multimedia and print production, including 2+ years of video, motion graphics and audio production.
- Preferably have a mix of agency and pharmaceutical brand experience.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of multimedia projects and evidence of design proficiency across digital and traditional mediums.
- Understanding of web development basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Should be proficient with English and local language.
