Role: Sr. Customer Experience (CX) Analyst


Description: You will be responsible for:
•    Understand the Client Requirements and provide consultative approach on their business cases.
•    Build and deploy surveys using Qualtrics CoreXM/CX/EX platforms.
•    Set up email distributions, contact lists, and trigger for automated workflows (e.g., ticketing, alerts, notifications).
•    Manage integrations with marketing automation, CRM, and data platforms.
•    Create and maintain dashboards and real-time reporting.
•    Support integrations with Salesforce, Veeva, Snowflake, or other platforms via Qualtrics workflows or APIs.

 

Your impact: 

About you: (Desired profile)
As a CX Analyst (Qualtrics), you will be responsible for translating business and research needs into fully functional Qualtrics surveys, workflows, and dashboards. This role focuses on survey programming, configuration, platform maintenance, and ensuring data flows seamlessly to downstream systems like CRM, CDPs, or analytics platforms.


Must have:
•    3–5 years of experience in CX research or Survey Implementation.
•    Understanding of survey design, distribution channels, and dashboard building.
•    Familiarity with basic front-end technologies (HTML, JavaScript) is a plus.
•    Familiarity with APIs, data flows, or platforms like SFMC, Veeva, Adobe.
•    Advanced Qualtrics survey logic & workflows
•    Problem-solving & testing mindset
•    Integration support & downstream alignment
•    Documentation & implementation rigor
•    Cross-functional collaboration with QA, data, and CX teams


Nice to have: (Additional desired qualities)
•    Qualtrics Platform Certification (or willingness to achieve within 3 months).
•    Exposure to customer journey orchestration tools or campaign ops ecosystems (e.g., SFMC, Adobe Campaign).
