Job Role: Senior Software Engineer
Description: You will be responsible for:
• Configure and customize Veeva CRM to meet business requirements, including setting up fields, objects, workflows, and page layouts.
• Develop and implement custom solutions using Veeva CRM tools to enhance system functionality.
• Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts and profiles.
• Set up and manage user permissions, roles, and security settings to ensure appropriate access levels.
• Ensure data integrity and quality within the Veeva CRM system by implementing data validation rules and conducting regular data audits.
• Manage data import/export processes and oversee data migration activities.
• Provide ongoing support to users, addressing any issues or questions related to the Veeva CRM system.
• Conduct training sessions and create documentation to help users understand and effectively use Veeva CRM features and functionalities.
• Manage system upgrades and updates, ensuring that new features and enhancements are effectively integrated and communicated to users.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into business operations and performance.
• Use Veeva CRM’s analytics tools to analyze data and support strategic decision-making processes.
• Ensure that the Veeva CRM system complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Implement and maintain security protocols to protect sensitive data within the CRM system.
• Oversee the integration of Veeva CRM with other business systems and applications to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Manage API connections and integrations to extend the functionality of Veeva CRM.
• Identify opportunities to automate business processes within Veeva CRM to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Continuously evaluate and improve CRM-related processes to enhance overall system performance and user satisfaction.
Must Have
Desired Skill sets:
• Deep technical proficiency in Veeva’s suite, including CRM, Vault, and Align with the ability to architect solutions that align with complex client requirements.
• Proficiency in Veeva CRM configuration and customization.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and integration tools such as MuleSoft.
• Understanding of data management and security best practices.
• Good to have Veeva CRM Administrator Certification.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expertise in the life sciences domain, including understanding regulatory environments like FDA regulations, EMA guidelines, and GDPR compliance.
• Year of Experience: More than 5
