Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst

- Requirements Collection and Evaluation: Gathering and evaluating business requirements and putting them as user stories/URS for development team to work upon.
- Creating Functional Specifications: Document detailed description of the system’s functionality expected outcomes, and technical requirements. Maintain clear documentation throughout the development process.
- Serve as a reference point for technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that the project remains aligned with business goals.
- Solution Implementation and Testing: Oversee solution implementation, work closely with QA and client BA to define testing criteria and support client UAT.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with proposed changes, considering factors such as operational disruption, technical feasibility, and stakeholder resistance.
- Improving customer relationship by providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
- Validating project plans and scheduling to incorporate any changes requested by customers.
- Managing effective project implementation and delivery to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Tracking and monitoring project execution to make sure that the customer requirements are met.
- Informing project status, scheduling and key issues to customers and management on regular basis.
- Coordinating with customers to develop project plan including project scope, release schedule, milestones, deliverable etc.
- Develop, review and modify Agile project plans, ensuring timelines, budget and deliverables are accurately tracked
- Provide support and guidance to the development team
- Collaborate with stakeholders
- Ensure project artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases are properly documented
- Identify and address impediments and blockers, escalating when necessary
- Utilize Agile tools such as Jira to track team progress, productivity, and individual performance
- Measure and report on team performance and progress, as well as identify opportunities for improvement
