Job Summary:We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Multimedia Artist to lead the visual direction and execution of multimedia projects across various platforms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling visuals that align with brand identity, marketing goals, and user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong artistic vision with technical expertise in multimedia design, animation, and storytellin

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of visual assets for video, web, mobile, interactive media, and social platforms
• Direct a team of designers, animators, and video editors to deliver high-impact creative content
• Oversee the design process from concept through delivery, ensuring consistency with brand and project objectives
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to align visuals with campaign strategies
• Develop and present creative pitches, storyboards, mood boards, and prototypes
• Maintain quality control over all visual aspects of a project, ensuring high production standards.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software, and best practices in multimedia and digital design

Education & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.

 

Experience

• Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in multimedia design, animation, or digital content creation.
• At least 2 years in a leadership or senior creative role, directing cross-functional design teams.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality multimedia projects across multiple platforms (web, mobile, video, interactive, and social media

 

Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in multimedia design and animation software such as:

• Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator,XD )
•  
• Motion graphics and visual storytelling techniques.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and interactive design.
• Experience with prototyping and presenting creative concepts using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
