Sr. Business Process Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sr. Business Process Associate to drive the establishment, optimization, and governance of operational processes across multiple service lines. This role is pivotal in enhancing process efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting performance excellence through collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Establishment and Improvement Define, implement, and enforce standardized workflows and checklists. Analyze existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. Partner with various departments to ensure process enhancements are aligned with business goals.

2. Transition Management and Tools Configuration Lead process transition and data tracking initiatives. Oversee configuration of internal tools for KPI and metric tracking, ensuring visibility for internal and external stakeholders.

3. Audit Preparation and Governance Support internal and external audit activities; ensure closure of non-conformities. Create and maintain standardized formats for reporting and governance meetings.

4. Best Practices and Documentation Document and disseminate best practices across service lines. Establish and maintain a centralized repository for process documents and performance metrics.

5. Compliance and Productivity Ensure adherence to productivity targets across all accounts. Identify manual, repetitive tasks and drive automation opportunities.

6. Leadership Collaboration and Team Performance Collaborate with leadership to design solutions that help meet strategic objectives. Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and support career growth. Proactively ensure issue resolution with zero escalations.

7. Onboarding, Offboarding, and Org Updates Manage process updates related to employee onboarding and offboarding. Maintain and regularly update organizational structure and hierarchy.

8. Reporting and Compliance Tracking Lead compliance initiatives including mySheets calls, reporting, and follow-ups. Develop and update detailed process flows and the RAAT (Risk Assessment and Action Tracking) document.

9. RCA and Resource Management Conduct Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) for process failures and update corresponding trackers. Maintain an up-to-date resource database to ensure optimal workforce allocation.

10. SNOW Portal and Audit Documentation Generate regular and ad hoc reports via the SNOW Portal. Organize and maintain audit-related documents as per audit schedules and compliance standards.

 

Good to have

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of experience in process management, business operations, or a similar role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in workflow management tools and data visualization/reporting platforms. Experience in conducting audits, preparing governance reports, and working with compliance tools (e.g., mySheets, SNOW Portal). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills: Lean Six Sigma or similar process improvement certification. Experience in a shared services or service delivery environment. Familiarity with automation tools and data management systems.
