Job Title: Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary: Looking for a business analyst to support for Requirements gathering, business analysis, feature and delivery management. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience in change and project management. A deep understanding of risk management and the ability to drive business improvements through effective strategies are essential for this role.

•    Understanding project scope, goals and deliverables of the Projects assigned based on the needs of the business unit assigned. 
•    Manage customer expectations - response time and attitude. 
•    Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions to clients or production teams in advance through effective communication 
•    Effectively communicating project requirements to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion by identifying and managing project dependencies and critical path. 
•    Identifying and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. 
•    Developing and delivering progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. 
•    Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. 
•    Developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
