Role: Sr. Manager - Strategic Initiatives
Description: We seek an accomplished and visionary professional to join our team as Senior Manager - Strategic Initiatives. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader adept at driving digital transformation, enhancing operational capabilities, and executing impactful initiatives aligned with our long-term business vision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional strategic foresight, stakeholder management, and project leadership, ensuring successful execution and significant, measurable business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of high-impact strategic initiatives across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to define initiative scopes, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
• Conduct regular progress reviews, rigorously monitor initiative status, proactively identify risks, and swiftly address potential roadblocks.
• Foster collaboration and accountability across diverse teams, utilizing influential leadership to ensure cohesive strategic execution.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and report initiative outcomes, providing strategic insights and actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop and implement frameworks, standardized processes, and tools to enhance project execution efficiency and effectiveness.
• Champion and execute effective change management strategies, facilitating seamless adoption and integration of new initiatives into organizational operations.
Must Have
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree from a reputable institution.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in strategic planning, program management, digital transformation, or management consulting.
• Proven track record in Pharma Marketing, Life Sciences, or related sectors.
• Exceptional project management, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting enterprise capabilities, developing strategic points-of-view, and operationalizing innovative solutions to drive commercial growth.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to effectively influence and collaborate with executive stakeholders and diverse teams.
• Proficiency with strategic frameworks, financial analysis, performance metrics, digital analytics, CRM, MAP, CDP, and Content Management Systems.
• Highly adaptable, organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, comfortable thriving in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
