Skills, Software & Tech	Primary Skills: 2D/3D Motion graphic animation, Video editing, Storyboarding. After effects, Premier Pro, or comparable software Secondary Skills: Blender, Cinema 4D, Figma, Runway, Firefly Visual Storytelling, Project Management, Optional: HTML/CSS, Java Script, Maya or 3D Max

SENIOR MOTION GRAPHICS DESIGNER

Technical & Creative Skills:

Expertise in Software: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition and other video development softwares. Basic Knowledge in 3D software such as Cinema 4D, Blender or comparable software
Graphic Design: Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
Animation: Deep understanding of animation principles and techniques to create smooth and appealing motion graphics.
Visual Storytelling: Ability to convey messages or tell stories through animation and visual effects.
Innovative Design: Capability to develop original and creative design concepts that stand out in various media platforms.

Leadership and Professional Qualities:

Project Management: Skills in managing multiple projects simultaneously, often with tight deadlines. Experience in leading projects and small teams, providing guidance and feedback to junior designers.
Adaptability: Being up-to-date with the latest trends in motion graphics and adapting to new tools and technologies quickly.
