Role:  Strategic Solutions Lead

Job Description:

Business Insights Generation:
- Support target setting processes and track progress across the year
- Track and model performance metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Conduct monthly pipeline reporting and provide comprehensive insights on progress and challenges.
- Analyze key metrics, including loss analysis, to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Gap Analysis & Recommendations:
- Perform gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current performance and strategic goals.
- Develop and present recommendations to bridge gaps and optimize strategies.

Strategic Initiative Design & Execution:
- Lead the design and implementation of cross-functional strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with various business functions for successful execution
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, making adjustments as needed.

Data Analysis & Reporting:
-Conduct in-depth analysis of business data to support strategic decision-making.
-Prepare and present detailed reports on key performance indicators and strategic outcomes.

Desired Profile:

Education:
MBA

Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a strategic or analytical role, preferably with lifesciences exposure.
Demonstrated expertise in target setting, pipeline reporting, and key metrics analysis.
Experience with gap analysis and implementing strategic recommendations.

Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).
Experience in program management
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
