Role: Research lead – Agentic AI & Advanced RAG

Role Type: AI Research & Innovation

Description: We are looking for a curious, experimental, and technically deep Research Lead to shape the future of our Agentic AI and Advanced RAG platforms. You will lead PoCs involving Schema RAG, Knowledge Graphs, MCP, and multi-agent task orchestration.

Responsibilities
• - Prototype LLM-based agents using LangChain/DSPy
• - Research and validate Schema RAG, Multi-RAG, and contextual prompt memory
• - Implement and test Model Context Protocol across A2A communication flows
• - Integrate taxonomies and ontologies with vector DBs and prompt retrieval
• - Publish internal papers, evaluate prompt safety, and support productization

Must Have

Experience: 5–8 years

• - Python, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, HuggingFace, DSPy
• - Streamlit, Neo4j, pgvector, Redis, FastAPI
Cloud & Deployment
AWS (Bedrock, Sagemaker), Azure AI Studio, GCP AI Platform

GitHub Copilot, Langfuse, Code review agents
Security & Compliance
Prompt safety, guardrail evaluation, hallucination monitoring, audit trail
