Role: AM Scrum Master


Job Description:  A passionate and experienced Scrum Master to support our Global Digital Accelerator team in delivering digital-only customer experiences across the Canadian pharmaceutical market. You will champion agile methodologies, lead cross-functional teams, and enable customer-centric digital campaigns. If you’re innovative, experienced in digital marketing within pharma, and thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment—this role is for you.


Responsibilities:
•    Guide teams on agile best practices within a digital marketing context
•    Lead all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.)
•    Drive innovation in customer experience and omnichannel marketing
•    Support Global and Regional CX Leads in release planning and campaign execution
•    Track budgets and manage third-party invoicing
•    Identify and remove team impediments
•    Facilitate internal collaboration and shield teams from external distractions
•    Foster a culture of self-organization and continuous improvement
•    Coach team members on agile and design thinking principles
•    Ensure strong communication between global, regional, and local stakeholders


Desired Profile:
•    Required: Science background + MBA from a premier institute
•    Preferred: Specialization in Digital Marketing or Pharma Product Management


Experience:
•    5+ years in Digital Marketing, Customer Experience, or Pharma Product Management
•    Deep understanding of the pharma marketing ecosystem
•    Familiarity with agile marketing, digital tools, and omnichannel campaigns
•    Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills
•    Confident in removing roadblocks and influencing team direction

•    Agile coaching and mentoring experience
•    Strong problem-solving and mediation skills
•    Ability to build trust in a cross-functional and multicultural environment
•    High energy, proactive, and adaptable in dynamic settings

Good to have

•    Problem solving and business acumen

·    Understands the problem from multiple dimensions. Solves problems in a timely fashion by generating and assessing options, evaluating implications and implementing solutions thoroughly
·    Identifies and executes financial drivers of own function to enhance profitability/productivity/ market share for business growth
·    Continuously seeks information from current clients and prospects to understand emerging needs and make meaningful interpretations 

Must have:

Nice to have: 
•    Qualification: MBA
•    Min 6-10 yrs. of exp in Project management & 5+yrs of exp in client facing role
•    Superior communication skills  
•    Should have managed large teams
•    Proficient in financial concepts.
•    Life science / pharma background would be mandatory
•    Ability to deal with multiple stake holders and manage client’s expectations 
•    Ability to take initiatives with excellent interpersonal skills
•    Good negotiation skills 
•    Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities 
•    Structured thinking and articulation
•    Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders "
