Job Description

Role Overview: Indegene is looking for a Gen AI Manager with strong experience in pharma commercial, brand launches, and omnichannel campaigns to help embed Generative AI into real-world commercial workflows.
This role requires someone who understands how brand teams operate — campaign planning, content development, MLR cycles, launch milestones, rep enablement, and performance tracking — and can translate those workflows into practical, scalable AI-enabled solutions.
You will work closely with Product and AI Engineering teams as a domain expert while also supporting GTM, client conversations, and solution development.


Key Responsibilities

1. GenAI Use Case Identification & Solutioning
•    Identify and design high-impact GenAI use cases across commercial value chain:
o    Brand planning
o    Launch excellence
o    Campaign development & orchestration
o    Content creation & modular content
o    Rep-triggered engagement
o    Campaign insights & reporting
•    Translate day-to-day commercial challenges into structured AI solution requirements.
•    Prioritize use cases based on feasibility, business impact, and adoption potential.

2. Campaign & Launch Workspace Innovation
•    Own and drive AI capabilities within the campaign workspace, including areas like:
o    AI-assisted campaign brief creation
o    Persona-based messaging
o    Content variation & adaptation across channels
o    Campaign execution
o    Insight summarization & next-best-action suggestions


3. Domain Advisor to Product & AI Teams
•    Act as SME for pharma commercial ways of working:
o    Launch planning & milestone tracking
o    Omnichannel campaign execution
o    MLR and compliance processes
o    Content lifecycle management
•    Provide practical validation of AI outputs for brand relevance and compliance sensitivity.
•    Identify gaps in current products and recommend enhancements.

4. GTM & Client Enablement
•    Support client workshops and discovery sessions.
•    Help articulate business value of GenAI in commercial settings.
•    Contribute to solution demos and pitch narratives.
•    Translate AI capabilities into clear commercial impact (speed-to-market, personalization, efficiency).

Good to have

Desired Profile : 
•    8–12 years in pharma commercial roles such as:
o    Brand management
o    Campaign management
o    Launch excellence
o    Omnichannel strategy
•    Hands-on experience in:
o    Launch execution
o    Campaign planning & delivery
o    Content development workflows
o    Working within MLR/compliance structures
•    Strong understanding of commercial KPIs and campaign performance tracking.
•    Experience collaborating cross-functionally with business, product, and technical teams.
