Senior Audio Video Engineer
We are seeking a Senior Audio Video Engineer responsible for creating high-quality video content that supports the company's marketing and communication efforts, while also leading and mentoring a team of video professionals.

The Senior Audio Video Engineer role will involve capturing, editing, and producing videos that effectively convey the company's message, promote products, and enhance brand awareness. In addition, this role will oversee day-to-day team operations, provide creative direction, and ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all video projects. The Senior Audio Video Engineer will work closely with brand teams and other stakeholders to develop engaging visual content that meets industry regulatory requirements.
We are looking for a developing leader to join our team with ideally in excess of 5-7 years of in-house corporate experience.

Position Overview: Senior Audio Video Engineer
As a Senior Audio Video Engineer, you will collaborate closely with design and marketing teams while leading a small team of video editors and motion graphic artists. You will be responsible for guiding creative execution, ensuring quality standards, and driving efficient project delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and produce motion graphics and animations for video content, social media, advertisements, and other digital media.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of video editors and motion graphic artists, ensuring high performance and continuous skill development.
• Collaborate with senior designers, creative directors, and stakeholders to develop concepts and storyboards.
• Review team outputs to ensure brand consistency and high-quality creative standards across all deliverables.
• Use design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe Illustrator to deliver high-quality graphics.
• Plan, allocate, and prioritize tasks across multiple projects to meet deadlines efficiently.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and provide constructive feedback to team members to refine designs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies and drive innovation within the team.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5-7years’ proven experience as a motion graphic artist, including videography and editing roles, preferably within an in-house team, creative agency, or production company.
• Demonstrated experience in leading or mentoring a small creative team is highly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
• A creative mindset with attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities.

Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with internal team members and stakeholders to deliver outstanding video content.
• Lead team discussions, reviews, and project updates to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Maintain clear communication throughout the video production process, including pre/post-production.
• Adapt to feedback and evolving project requirements while guiding the team through changes.

Education:
• 12+, Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience or relevant certifications in video editing and post-production software may be considered.
• Continuous learning through workshops, online courses, or industry certifications is a plus.
