Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and creatively driven UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design sensibilities with user‑centric thinking to craft intuitive digital experiences across omnichannel platforms. This role supports a range of healthcare and life sciences initiatives—including HCP engagement, patient education, e‑learning modules, omnichannel campaigns, product detailing aids, and digital platforms.
Responsibilities/expectations for this role
User Experience (UX)
• Conduct user research, persona creation, journey mapping, and task flows
• Translate business and clinical requirements into intuitive wireframes and interactive prototypes
• Develop information architecture for digital products, portals, and e learning systems
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and device agnostic experiences
User Interface (UI)
• Create visually compelling designs following brand, regulatory, and market specific guidelines
• Develop high fidelity screens for websites, apps, iPads/eDetailers, dashboards, and omnichannel journeys
• Produce iconography, UI kits, design systems, and component libraries
• Ensure consistency across all touchpoints and devices
Collaboration & Execution
• Work closely with creative teams, medical/scientific writers, developers, and project managers
• Understand clinical content and translate complex information into simple visual narratives
• Participate in ideation sessions and contribute to campaign level creative thinking
• Support QA by validating UI/UX implementation during development hand offs
Qualifications for UI/UX Designer
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong grasp of UX principles, visual hierarchy, grid systems, typography, colour theory
• Expert in tools such as Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, and/or similar platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Domain Advantage (Preferred but not mandatory)
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, life sciences, or regulated communication
• Understanding of FDA/EMA compliance, promo reg reviews, accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
• Ability to simplify scientific/medical concepts visually
• Excellent attention to detail and organized workflow
• Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work under structured timelines with multiple stakeholders
• Curiosity, problem solving mindset, and willingness to iterate
• A minimum of 2-4 years of UI/UX design experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, HCI, Multimedia, or equivalent
• Portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects is mandatory
Nice to Have
• Motion/interaction design
• Basic HTML/CSS understanding
• Exposure to omnichannel platforms (Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault, Salesforce Experience Cloud)
• Ability to design for AR/VR, conversational interfaces, or data‑heavy dashboards
