Brand Liaison Lead


You will be responsible for:

Indegene is looking for a passionate individual who has experience in client service management, preferably in the US Market with Pharmaceutical clients, has ability to meet or exceed customer and business expectations, and fosters an environment of superior customer service.

As a Brand Liaison Lead, you will:

  • Act as a liaison between the Client POCs, agencies and PMs, for the assigned brands.
  • Work closely with clients to identify needs including content & creative design projects.
  • Be the Indegene SME for the client and recommend the right solutions for their needs while working closely with the operations teams, and deliver on a delightful client experience
  • Build a trusted partner relationship with the client, ensuring that clients derive maximum value from our services and look for opportunities for an uptake of services adoption, within the assigned brands.

Responsibilities:

 Client Relationship Management:

  • Experience in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with client stakeholders, understanding client needs, and acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Ability to act as a digital champion by sharing best practices across the asset types in multi-channel marketing and working as a partner to the brand.
  • Collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to align and manage expectations acting as the client’s representative in a firm to ensure that all their demands with a focus on improving the customer experience.

 

Communication and Influence:

  • Strong communication skills for effectively briefing internal teams, providing updates to clients, and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
  • Influential skills to advocate for client needs within the organization and ensure project alignment with client strategies.

Project Oversight and Coordination:

  • Strong business acumen for working with clients and internal teams
  • Detail-oriented & adherence to quality
  • Proficiency in overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and quality, ensuring alignment with client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Skill in coordinating with various stakeholders, including brand teams, agencies of record (AOR), and internal production teams, to facilitate smooth project execution, for day to day projects and any issue resolutions.

Analytical, Problem-Solving and Technical Skills:

  • Ability to analyze project requirements, foresee potential challenges and devise effective solutions.
  • Understanding of digital marketing in the pharmaceutical context, including compliance with regulatory requirements and leveraging digital asset management systems for efficient content reuse.
  • Competence in using project management tools for tracking project progress, and risk management.
  • Experience in using common digital marketing platforms, as Veeva Systems, is highly desired.

 

Your impact:
About you:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate with MBA or a foreign equivalent
  • This position requires 8-10 years of experience in a related position with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communication, and minimum 5 years in pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in Digital Marketing/content creation or production (preferably in pharmaceutical industry)
  • Manage Client Relationship, Coordinate with onsite and offshore stakeholders, ensure success of the projects, risk and issue management
  • Must have strong written and oral communication / presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills and has ability to take initiatives.
  • Proficient in problem solving, project management, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management
  • Must have a good understanding on content life cycle as well as experience in supporting global pharmaceutical clients
  • Knowledge and experience in pharma digital marketing, marketing technologies and regulatory landscape is highly desired
  • Resourceful, tenacious and capable of being calm and decisive under pressure
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Exceptional time management skills including the ability to handle multiple client stakeholders with changing priorities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities, balancing client deliverables on multiple projects as well as internal obligations
