Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in web-based applications and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of experience in requirements analysis, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of large-scale web projects. This role involves working closely with product owners, UX teams, developers, and QA to ensure that business needs are translated into high-quality, user-centric web solutions. 

Job Description:

•    Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders to understand goals, pain points, and functional needs of web applications.
•    Analyze existing web systems and processes to identify gaps, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
•    Create BRDs, FRDs, SRS, and other documentation with high clarity and detail.
•    Translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
•    Work with agency teams to validate user journeys, wireframes, site maps, and prototypes.
•    Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT sign-offs.
•    Present requirements, user flows, and functional solutions to stakeholders in clear and concise formats.
•    Track and communicate requirement changes, status updates, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Good to have

•    Experience in Project Management tools, familiar in MS office, working knowledge of latest technologies.
•    Experience in SVN, Confluence, JIRA, Kanban boards or similar service mgmt would be an added advantage.
•    Experience at working both independently and in a team, collaborative environment is essential.
•    Strong written and oral communication / presentation skills
•    Passion for networking and updating with the latest technology developments and relate it to various projects.
•    Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products, able to learn, understand, and apply the same.
•    Experience in Life-science organizations would be an added advantage.
•    Ability to create RCA documents and manage escalations.
•    Any Bachelor’s Degree or Master Degree
