Business Parther – MMR (Medical Material Review)
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Supervising a team of 4-5 direct reports and overseeing all related responsibilities associated with being a people leader, including team management, performance evaluation, mentorship, and fostering a positive work environment
- Providing support and guidance to coordinators in regular touch-points.
- Determining what questions require additional MMR input/guidance.
- Helping develop tools and resources in support of MMR process and system; establishing library/portal where tools/resources are stored for easy access; creating and updating SOPs
- Lead overhaul of MMR presence – create plan to realign BOX structure to reflect new MMR approach – oversee deployment and roll-out.
- Providing leadership/input for MMR planning/support of Congresses/major initiatives (MasterClass, etc)
- Working with MI Ops to ensure ongoing alignment and visibility to MedComms activities, including oversight of licenses
- Bolstering on-boarding approach to ensure all MMR participants are well prepared to participate in MMR.
- Identifying new training/tools/coaching as needed to ensure effective participation by all.
- Developing and delivering MMR Metrics package quarterly – and ad hoc as needed.
- Assisting MMR leadership team in developing and generating analyses; including reports describing progress towards achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
You will need to have:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in related field. Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional related experience on a year for year basis. Alternatively, candidates with an Associate’s Degree and two additional years of related experience may also be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, including at least two years of experience managing employees
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- 2 years of management experience
- Demonstrated project management skills
- Proven collaboration skills – preferably in different roles
- Experience in developing work practice and guidance documents
- Experience in identifying needs, developing and delivering effective training materials
- Experience with and in-depth knowledge of electronic review systems (VeevaVault), including Reports
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations
- Exposure to various systems such as SharePoint, Box, Smartsheet and data analytics software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated to drive for results, with strong organizational and planning skills
- The duties of this role are generally conducted in a hybrid office/home office (or fully home office) environment. As is typical of such a role, employees must be able, with or without an accommodation to: use a computer; engage in communications via phone, video, and electronic messaging; engage in problem solving and non-linear thought, analysis, and dialogue; collaborate with others; maintain general availability during standard business hours.

- Some flexibility in your schedule. While we generally keep US East Coast hours, there may be early morning meetings with INT colleagues.
- Project management skills with proven ability to prioritize, conduct, and meet project deadlines
- Operational management experience with ability to determine essential components of requirements in order to include them in working practice/working instructions, and training materials
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Demonstration of ability to learn quickly (strong learning agility)
