Business Partner - Content Operations Supply Chain Manager (CSM)

You will be responsible for: 
Primary operational interface for Marketing, RC Teams, and Agencies regarding Future of Content Operations and BAU service delivery support for assigned brands. Core responsibility is to accelerate and simplify how brands create, assemble, review/approve, inspect, publish and expire content.
Timeline Management & Brand Planning
Consults with marketing and agencies on all launch & label update content planning and timeline management (day 0 launch planning)
Leads content demand planning and forecasting for assigned brands and escalates to Vendor Management lead
Provides counsel to job owners on planning for the review & Approval process including timing considerations and guidance documents to review
Only attends weekly brand status and planning meetings with marketing & agency partners (if appropriate)

Promotional Material Process Oversight & Management
Responsible for brand team operational effectiveness and identifies process optimization opportunities
Partners with MRL Review Team to identify and course correct any process improvements or answer any and all process related questions 
Works closely with Brand Marketing, the MLR Committee, Compliance, and the rest of Marketing Operations to proactively identify and resolve issues and ensure reviews are efficiently completed throughout various stages of the process.
Escalates, creates and/or circulates best practices, guidances and policy or process changes consistently across brand teams
Interacts with Agency Partners and Regulatory/Regulatory Operations Managers for the submission of promotional materials to OPDP for initial use (Form FDA 2253)
Partners with job owners and other stakeholders in the execution of job reapprovals and tactics related to label changes/updates for assigned brands
Monitors Content Review and Approval Operational Effectiveness and MLR Norms Management and escalates findings to the Review and Approval SME for assigned brands
Maintains all brand and agency contact lists and emails

MLR Scheduling & Prioritization
Communicates agreed upon agendas to reviewers, job owners, and agency partners who will be presenting during the meeting
Creates weekly prioritization reports/agendas for MLR teams to manage both online and offline reviews
Audits MLR meetings to ensure meetings are efficient and conducted according to guidance and escalates findings to the Review and Approval SME
Identifies agencies or Material Owners frequently missing agreed upon submission timelines, recommends remediation plan, and escalates to the appropriate SME
Accepts all MLR Scheduler submissions from agency partners

Training & Onboarding Support
Escalates any training and onboarding needs to appropriate SMEs
Provides electronic review system assistance, as needed, to external and internal users
Day-to-day POC for Veeva Vault Assistance & Issue Resolution 

Good to have

Reporting, Metrics, and Audits
Runs 15, 30, and 60-day re-review reports on a monthly basis to provide Material Owners advanced notice of pieces approaching expiration
Informs quarterly metrics reports and insights, with direct remedies to optimize process or RC team performance in partnership with Quality & Reporting SME
Supports any corporate or annual audit processes related to promotional content
Escalates and documents any promotional content deviations as part of quality plan
Runs reports to identify all materials/assets that require changes as a result of a label update
Runs weekly reports to inform weekly prioritization and agenda planning for both offline and online reviews

Additional Support & Process Improvements
Completes UAT for any US or Canada requested enhancements in partnership with Review and Approval SME
Escalates on-the-ground observations and brand feedback to SMEs
Proactively identifies any process or system improvements and escalates to SMEs
Collaborates with their brand teams to facilitate efficient and compliant submissions and adherence to standards

Must have: 
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field. Significant experience in Pharma Marketing Operations would be acceptable without a degree.
