Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CDP Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Data Platform (CDP) solutions across enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in customer data management, identity resolution, audience segmentation, activation, and omnichannel customer engagement using leading CDP technologies including Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Experience Platform, and Customer Journey Analytics.
The architect will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineering teams, marketing teams, and technology partners to define scalable customer data strategies and deliver business value through personalized customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Design end-to-end CDP architecture encompassing data ingestion, identity management, audience creation, activation, and measurement.
- Define customer data models, data governance standards, consent management, and privacy frameworks.
- Create scalable and reusable architecture patterns across multiple business units and channels.
- Lead architecture reviews, technical design sessions, and solution governance.
CDP Implementation
- Architect and oversee implementations using Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium AudienceStream, Adobe Real-Time CDP, AEP, AJO, and CJA.
- Design real-time and batch data ingestion frameworks from CRM, Web, Mobile, POS, Contact Center, and third-party systems.
- Configure identity resolution, profile unification, segmentation, and activation use cases.
- Support integrations with marketing automation, analytics, and customer engagement platforms.
Customer Experience & Personalization
- Define omnichannel customer engagement strategies.
- Design audience segmentation frameworks for acquisition, engagement, retention, and loyalty use cases.
- Enable real-time personalization across web, mobile, email, paid media, and offline channels.
- Partner with business teams to translate customer journey requirements into technical solutions.
Data & Integration Architecture
- Design integrations with:
- CRM platforms
- Data Warehouses
- Data Lakes
- Marketing Automation Platforms
- Analytics Platforms
- Advertising Platforms
- Define API-based and event-driven architectures.
- Ensure scalability, performance, and data quality across customer data ecosystems.
Analytics & Measurement
- Leverage Customer Journey Analytics and related tools to measure campaign performance and customer engagement.
- Design attribution, customer lifecycle, and engagement reporting frameworks.
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for CDP programs.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Act as trusted advisor for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor architects, consultants, and engineering teams.
- Participate in pre-sales, solution estimations, RFP responses, and capability development initiatives.
- Drive architecture best practices and technology roadmap discussions.
