Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Copilot Life Sciences Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Copilot and Agentic AI solutions for Life Sciences clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Agentic AI design, client engagement, and project leadership. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to identify AI-driven opportunities, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure successful project execution in an Agile environment.
Must Have
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Copilot solutions for Life Sciences business functions.
• Design and develop Agentic AI workflows using Microsoft Copilot and Power Automate.
• Work closely with clients to understand business challenges and translate them into AI-powered automation solutions.
• Drive solution architecture, use case identification, and implementation best practices for Copilot engagements.
• Lead client discussions, requirement gathering workshops, solution demonstrations, and status reviews.
• Manage onshore stakeholder communication and project governance activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, architects, and client stakeholders.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects using Agile methodologies and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and decision-making through AI-driven solutions.
• Support pre-sales activities, proposal development, and solution estimation when required.
Required Skills
• Strong experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot solution design.
• Hands-on expertise in Power Automate and workflow automation.
• Experience in Agentic AI design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing onshore client interactions and project coordination.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, or Commercial Operations domains.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI governance, and responsible AI practices.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Copilot-related certifications are an added advantage.
