Role: Market Liaison - US


Description: The Market Liaison plays a pivotal role within our Digital Competency Center (DCC) operations, acting as the central point of coordination between brand teams, agencies, and technical stakeholders in assigned markets. You will work alongside Indegene colleagues and client teams to ensure seamless execution of digital initiatives, campaign operations, and delivery excellence.
You should be able to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams to prioritize delivery schedules, align expectations, and ensure timely execution of market-specific programs. This role is critical in driving quality standards, resolving dependencies, and enabling marketers to focus on strategic priorities by managing operational workflows and communications.


This key role anchors market-level engagement and supports healthcare clients in delivering digital marketing programs across HCP, patient, and caregiver audiences. You will be involved in supporting brand launches, ongoing campaigns, and operational enhancements. You will provide tactical guidance, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure alignment across internal and external teams.
To succeed in this Market Liaison role, you must be a skilled communicator, a proactive problem solver, and a strong collaborator. You should be able to manage multiple priorities, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and drive operational excellence across delivery teams.

Must Have

You will be called on to:
•    Liaise with client teams to prioritize delivery schedules and ensure alignment on timelines and expectations.
•    Ensure projects are delivered on time and coordinate with operations teams to uphold delivery excellence.
•    Drive quality standards and program improvements within the team and across projects.
•    Collaborate with Brand Managers, Marketers, Digital, IT, Data & Platform teams, and Agencies of Record (AoRs).
•    Act as a single point of contact for market-level coordination and issue resolution.
•    Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage dependencies across internal and external teams.
•    Support brand strategy execution by freeing up marketers to focus on strategic initiatives.
•    Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed to ensure smooth 
delivery.


Requirements:
•    Experience in digital marketing operations, brand coordination, or campaign delivery within the pharmaceutical industry.
•    Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
•    Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
•    Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive alignment across diverse teams.
•    Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, IT, analytics, and external agencies.
•    Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
•    Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory review process.
•    Strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
•    A bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.
•    Minimum of 7+ years of experience in brand operations, project management, or digital delivery coordination.
