Role: Campaign Execution Architect - Adobe 


Description:

Position Overview: We seek a seasoned Campaign Architect to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaign solutions using Adobe Campaign and related Adobe Experience Cloud tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Marketing Automation Campaign Design and Architecture, AEM best practices, and integration capabilities, along with strong technical and leadership skills to drive successful project deliveries.

●    Architect and design end-to-end campaign solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Experience Cloud tools (e.g., AJO, CDP, Target, AEM), ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
●    Oversee the implementation of Adobe Campaign solutions, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are followed.
●    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and data teams, to define campaign strategies and technical roadmaps.
●    Provide thought leadership on Adobe Campaign and Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, advising on optimal configurations and enhancements.
●    Work closely with internal clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
●    Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
●    Stay abreast of the latest marketing automation and Adobe technologies developments, incorporating new features and best practices into campaign designs.

Must Have

●    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
●    7+ years of experience in marketing automation, with at least 3 years specifically in Adobe Campaign architecture and development.
●    Proven experience in designing and implementing complex marketing campaign solutions using Adobe Campaign Classic and Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
●    Deep knowledge of Adobe Campaign workflows, data management, and integration capabilities.
●    Strong proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, XML, and HTML; experience in ETL processes and data pipeline management.
●    Excellent project management skills, with the ability to lead projects from inception to completion.
●    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
●    Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) in Campaign or related certifications is highly desirable.

 

Preferred Experience: 

●    Experience in pharmaceutical or agency environments.
●    Understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) and their integration with campaign management tools.
●    Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
●    Deep understanding of service-oriented architecture (SOA), enterprise integration patterns, and API gateways.
●    Knowledge of system scalability, data management, and ETL processes for handling large-scale campaign data.
●    Ability to lead technical solution design sessions and mentor junior team members.
