Role: Campaign Architect
Description: You will be responsible for:
• Translating marketing strategies into scalable, audience-first journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other touchpoints.
• Designing and orchestrating omnichannel journeys using Adobe AJO, CDP, and metadata frameworks.
• Developing campaign workflows and deliveries, performing metadata updates, and ensuring end-to-end QA across campaign lifecycles.
• Collaborating with Experience Engineers and IT to align on platform readiness, API integrations, and data enablement.
• Overseeing campaign briefing, proof deployments, reviews, feedback cycles, and final production launches.
• Supporting use case creation, BRD validation, data verification, and compliance alignment.

Must Have
About you:
You are an expert in omnichannel campaign architecture and delivery, able to bridge business goals with marketing technology execution. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are passionate about experience design, and maintain a detail-oriented approach to campaign delivery and QA. You’re a confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both internal stakeholders and clients.
Must have:
• 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign execution, or web/email development.
• Hands-on expertise with Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe CDP, and third-party integrations.
• Experience developing journeys across Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other digital touchpoints.
• Proficiency in HTML for responsive, modular email builds and dynamic content.
• Strong skills in QA testing for workflows, assets, metadata, and personalization logic.
• Familiarity with audience segmentation and activation in CDP platforms.
• Experience translating business goals into campaign logic, metadata planning, and tagging frameworks.
• Campaign lifecycle ownership from brief through QA and go-live validation.
• Proven experience supporting clients, troubleshooting workflows, and implementing new functionality.
• Ability to analyze and present campaign performance metrics for optimization.
• Experience working in or supporting highly regulated industries (healthcare/pharma preferred).
• Based in the United States or authorized to work in the U.S.
Good to have
• Proficiency in JavaScript or Python for dynamic personalization or automation use cases.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CDP (as secondary platforms).
• Familiarity with metadata tools, workflow collaboration platforms (e.g., Workfront).
• Experience with journey orchestration strategy, A/B testing, and optimization using Adobe Target.
• Knowledge of cookieless personalization, system integrations, and event-based journey triggers.
• Brand launch or digital operations experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project management, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with the Legal/Medical/Regulatory (LMR) review process.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to simplify and communicate complex problems clearly.
