· Build and manage a network of Change Champions to drive local engagement and adoption.
· Develop and deliver tailored, role-based training for user personas (e.g., Marketers, Librarians, Agencies, MLR Reviewers).
· Create user enablement assets such as playbooks, quick reference guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
· Translate technical system features into user-friendly communications and training assets for non-technical audiences.
· Lead post-launch adoption efforts, including live support, feedback collection, and success metrics tracking.
· Identify resistance risks and apply mitigation strategies to encourage behavioural change and sustained adoption.
· Contribute to UAT planning, feedback loops, and iterative change response in Agile environments.
· Monitor key KPIs related to change progress, adoption rates, and user experience.
Must Have
Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of experience in change management, preferably in digital transformation or SaaS-based platform rollouts.

· Comfortable navigating technical environments, interpreting system design, and collaborating with developers and system integrators.
· Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts.
· Experience designing training and enablement content using modern formats and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business, Communications, Life Sciences, or Technology.
· Certification in Change Management or equivalent methodologies is a plus.
