Account Director / Sr. Account Director / Client Partner:

 

You will be responsible for: Account Director / Sr. Account Director / Client Partner at Indegene is responsible for building strong relationships with clients at a strategic level, driving thought leadership with clients to solve their problems through Indegene’s solutions and brining direct impact to the client’s business objectives. They are responsible for driving business growth by leveraging Indegene’s full offering suite and identifying new business opportunities.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understands the key priorities of the client to achieve and exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned account(s).
  • Establish C-suite and SVP level relationships within client organizations and be perceived as a thought leader and advisory partner
  • Responsible for developing and maintaining deep client knowledge; understanding of their business priorities, organizational culture, product portfolio and pipeline, spend/budget priorities
  • Identifies and leads the pursuit of the targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities leveraging full

gamut of Indegene’s solutions

  • Plays a leadership role in account planning in close collaboration with service line leads, solutioning team, delivery teams etc. and leads all business review related to the account including but not limited to account plans and engagement action plans/reviews
  • Proactively works within global and regional account/sales team in the pursuit of US/EU and multi-country opportunities
  • Play a leadership role in driving strategic large and transformation deals through engagement with decision makers and influencers, bringing in intelligence and the right value proposition for the client
  • Convert small strategic accounts into large strategic accounts, working with all internal teams like pre-sales, business units, finance to close out individual opportunities
  • Lead the governance of all client engagements and overall client satisfaction
  • Monitor client ‘s existing engagements with the delivery team to achieve and maintain customer satisfaction and

act as the liaison to resolve any challenges

 

 

 
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Must have:

Basic Qualification:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10+ years relevant experience in Lifesciences Sales within Business Development, Account Management or Client Services

 

Desired profile:

  • Prior experience in strategic account management and relationship building with CXO’s, senior management and key

decision makers in the Lifesciences ecosystem.

  • Understanding of the life science and marketing scenario of Global Markets, including key landscape factors such as health reforms, regulatory changes/pressures, HCP priorities etc.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to present to various stakeholders, great story telling ability
  • Passion for networking and updating oneself with the latest market trends and relate it to identifying business opportunities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach working with multiple internal stakeholders like finance, pre-sales, business units, delivery leads etc. to close opportunities and develop strategy to identify new are areas of growth
  • Ability to set and deliver on priorities and deal with a degree of ambiguity
  • Result oriented with a problem solving approach
