Job Description:
Delivery Manager
Indegene is looking for a Delivery Manager, who will help us ensure that our deliverables meet the highest standards.  
As a Delivery Manager, you will be part of the project team focused on the eDetail, email, web and creative-related tasks. You will also need to provide consulting services to the market on best practices and the changing landscape of digital marketing in the pharmaceutical space. 
The role reports to the Engagement Lead. You will be responsible for:
Account Management:
•    Maintaining and growing relationships with brand teams and necessary stakeholders in the market
•    Increase service scope by identifying new opportunities in the market
•    Strategize for account growth
•    Responsible for revenue growth 
 
Digital projects:
Managing end-to-end delivery of eDetail, emails, and creative services in collaboration with the offshore project teams based in India
Web delivery:
Managing end-to-end delivery of websites and web-related creative services in collaboration with the offshore project teams based in India
Project Support
•    Supporting project teams to ensure end-to-end project tracking and management 
•    Expectation management with stakeholders for common alignment across the board
Training teams:
•    Training offshore teams in local market nuances and delivery expectations- both project and delivery
For this role, we are looking for someone with:
·    Extensive experience in client management 
·    Project management skills ·    Knowledge of digital channels (emails, eDetails, web, etc.) and platforms (like Veeva, WebPro, Drupal, etc.) used in pharmaceutical marketing (technical knowledge is not a must).
·    Pharmaceutical experience in either of the below:
o    commercial function supporting or working with brands and marketing teams 
o    digital marketing for brands
·    Strong administrative and organisational skills, including the ability to multitask and to prioritise responsibilities, work in a team-oriented environment as well as independently
·    Ability to prioritise and deal with ambiguity
·    Ability to demonstrate a problem-solving approach, be result-oriented, display organisational and emotional intelligence, have a strong strategic aptitude and business acumen with structured thinking and articulation
·    Ability to manage pressure and work with multiple stakeholders
·    Language Fluency: English (Native) + German (Business level proficiency)

·    Prior experience of working with Indian delivery teams
·    Multi-channel marketing experience
