Demand Manager (Engagement Manager)- Marketing Operations

 

As part of this ambitious initiative, the organization is crafting a robust structure within the marketing operations division. This includes:

  • Marketing Operations & Delivery Enablement: Aiming to foster delivery excellence and achieve unmatched efficiency and effectiveness on an enterprise level.
  • Demand Management and Prioritization: Consolidating all channel tactics to conduct comprehensive assessment of all marketing activities, spending, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Agency Management: Providing oversight for agency partnerships, budgeting, and establishing an integrated roster across the marketing operations spectrum.
  • Marketing Processes, Policies, and Operations Excellence: Streamlining the Medical Legal Review (MLR) process for educational, promotional, and medical content.

 

The key objectives of this role involve centralizing demand to expedite planning, intake, and tactical project management processes.

This includes:

• Demand Consolidation, Forecasting, and Planning: Coordinating and unifying demands, formulating accurate predictions, and designing strategic plans.

• Comprehensive Activity Assessment and Spend Analysis: Undertaking a thorough review of all activities, analyzing expenditures, and identifying potential areas for optimization.

• Central Demand Management Platform Implementation: Establishing a central platform to facilitate all demand management and tactic management processes.

• Cross-functional Team Collaboration: Collaborating with key cross-functional teams to drive efficiency at an enterprise level.

 

 

Objective Alignment and Prioritization

Work closely with the Client Demand Management Director to understand and align on the business objectives for critical deliverables, new entablements, and defining the priorities & roadmap across the demand management initiatives & tracks.

Actively participate in discovery sessions to ensure strategic alignment with the broader program goals and objectives.

Guide and set the expectations with the Demand management team on the critical deliverables

 

Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration

Serve as the primary liaison between Client Stakeholders, effectively fostering clear communication and productive collaboration in all aspects of demand management operations

Cultivate and maintain relationships with key departments such as marketing strategy, DAI, Medical, C&E, customer experience planning, finance and the MODE group

 

Program Oversight & Service Delivery

Take accountability for overall program oversight, KPIs reporting, proactively identifying potential hurdles, resolving escalated issues, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services consistently

Govern all aspects of the demand management initiatives/tracks, including but not limited to DEMAND MANAGEMENT PLATFORM module development, Demand management operations & insights, QlikSense report development, UAT, Training and User Support.

 

Operational Optimization & Agility

Provide valuable insights and bring effective strategies/best practices/approaches for enhancing demand management team’s productivity and agility

Conduct comprehensive business process assessments and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness to Client Demand Management Director

 

Demand Management Reports, Analysis, Decks Review:

Preparing documentation, reports, and presentations that clearly and concisely explain forecast trends, discrepancies between forecasted and actual demand, potential opportunities for optimization (agency spend, tactic fees etc.), and other key findings from the demand planning process to Client Stakeholders

Undertake a comprehensive review of all reports, presentations, and analytical outputs prepared by the Demand Analyst. Furnish valuable guidance and recommend necessary modifications to ensure their utmost accuracy, relevance, and strategic value prior to their submission to Client stakeholders

Providing prompt and effective solutions to any escalated issues to ensure seamless operational continuity

 

 

Requirement Definition, Documentation & Alignment:

 

Guide Demand Management Platform Product Manager on the Platform requirements and priorities, oversee the preparation of high-level requirements and use cases, providing feedback and approval before they are conveyed to the Client and SD development team.

Provide oversight to the Product Manager on wireframes and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), ensuring they meet the defined requirements before goes to the client approval

Drive alignment meetings with key stakeholders (SD) to finalize requirements of the modules/features

Providing prompt and effective solutions to any escalated issues to ensure seamless operational continuity

 

DEMAND MANAGEMENT PLATFORM Onboarding Materials:

Develop detailed DEMAND MANAGEMENT PLATFORM module rollout plan, presentations, demo scripts and tutorial videos, including updates on new modules/features with internal team.

Collaborate with broader teams for continuous material refinement and updates
