Role: Strategic Manager - Demand Management
Description:
You will be responsible for:
• Lead collaborations with the Novartis Integrated Marketing Strategy Team, brand teams, digital teams, MLR teams, and agencies to drive and implement outcome-driven marketing operations models.
• Develop and sustain high-level strategic relationships within Integrated Marketing, aligning with overall business objectives.
• Direct the development and operationalization of their marketing service model, prioritizing high-quality marketing operations services, operational efficiency, and brand consistency.
• Spearhead initiatives to enhance internal processes within the their marketing service catalog, aiming for measurable efficiencies and scalable solutions.
• Guide the their marketing team in implementing best practices and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee change management strategies, ensuring smooth adoption of new operational approaches and their marketing services across stakeholders.
• Manage high-level project governance, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and business plans.
• Provide oversight for key initiatives, including Rollout Vs Milestones, KPI optimization, and transition strategies.
• Lead workshops and create materials for project-related activities, enhancing team collaboration and project success.
• Support strategic platform purchases, licensing agreements, and third-party collaborations.
Must Have
• Proven experience in marketing operations, strategic planning, and project management.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Expertise in process optimization and change management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
