The Onshore Digital Strategy Manager serves as the strategic analytics and data enablement lead within an omnichannel engagement, working in close partnership with cross-functional delivery teams. This role bridges business strategy, analytics, and execution to ensure programs are measurable, optimized, and supported by scalable measurement frameworks.

Digital Strategy & Data Enablement
▸ Assess the current analytics and data enablement landscape and recommend practical improvements to strengthen measurement quality and business insight generation
▸ Define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and data collection approaches across digital and omnichannel marketing programs
▸ Drive cross-functional engagements to define problem statements, establish KPIs, and enable ongoing data collection across marketing channels
▸ Develop best practices for data enablement, campaign measurement, tagging governance, and scalable analytics operating models
Analytics & Technical Expertise
▸ Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications, tagging requirements, and implementation-ready documentation
▸ Lead GA4, tagging taxonomy, campaign tracking, and governance frameworks using platforms such as Claravine, Accutics, and related taxonomy tools
▸ Own, develop, document, and apply implementation guides, solution design references, measurement requirements, and technical documentation, including Solution Design References, Measurement Requirements Documents, Business Requirements Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, Technical Design Documents, and Functional Impact Assessments
▸ Support analytics enablement across web and mobile platforms using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, Piwik Pro, and other tagging platforms
▸ Oversee QA, accessibility, consent management, and technical validation to ensure measurement solutions are accurate, compliant, and deployment-ready
Client Advisory
▸ Act as the primary client-facing analytics strategist and trusted advisor for measurement, reporting, and data enablement priorities
▸ Adapt communication to stakeholder level, translating analytics complexity into clear business implications and actionable next steps
▸ Build relationships with client analytics teams, lines of business, and partner stakeholders to identify new data sources and opportunities for measurement maturity
Collaboration
▸ Work across matrixed onshore and offshore teams to align business strategy, analytics requirements, and execution plans
▸ Translate business needs into execution requirements for analytics engineers, QA specialists, delivery teams, and cross-functional partners
▸ Manage and triage requirements from multiple stakeholders while setting clear expectations with onshore and offshore analytics, QA, and delivery teams
Innovation & Insights
• Generate insights, reusable frameworks, and scalable best practices across web analytics, tagging, and omnichannel measurement
• Drive formulation of GenAI-based accelerators within the web analytics and digital measurement portfolio
• Analyze current-state data, reporting systems, and business procedures to recommend improvements in measurement quality and business insight generation
Good to have
Essential Experience
▸ 6–9 years of experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on digital analytics experience with pharma or biopharma business use cases
▸ Expertise in GA4, Adobe Analytics, tagging frameworks, taxonomy governance, and omnichannel measurement programs
▸ Strong hands-on knowledge of UTM setup, link tracking, campaign tagging, and campaign performance workflows
▸ Familiarity with analytics and tagging platforms such as Claravine, CampTag, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Matomo, Piwik, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Launch, Tealium IQ, Piwik Pro, and Signal/BrightTag
▸ Deep understanding of biopharma marketing workflows, including content approvals, MLRC processes, and compliance standards
▸ Knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, campaign analytics, data visualization, CRO strategies, data operations, and project management tools such as Jira or Workfront
▸ Preferred certifications or exposure include Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, GA360, Salesforce Interaction Studio, media tagging, tag QA, Excel, and PowerPoint
▸ Strong client communication skills with the ability to advise business stakeholders, analytics teams, and cross-functional delivery partners
