We are seeking an experienced Medical Director for content strategy and development/review with experience in Neurology therapeutic area to join our Medical Affairs team. This individual will be responsible for translating Medical Affairs objectives into clear, compliant, and channel-ready content. The partner will establish a consistent content approach, guide internal and external production teams, and support efficient development and review from initial concept to completion.

 Core Responsibilities
1. Content Strategy and Planning
•    Translate Medical Affairs priorities and business objectives into actionable content strategies.
•    Develop clear creative and content briefs that define the audience, objective, key message, channel, format, and intended action.
•    Create content frameworks that connect medical communication objectives across channels and stakeholder experiences.
•    Recommend content opportunities based on audience needs, channel requirements, and planned medical activations.
2. Medical Content Development and Direction
•    Develop or guide the development of medical copy, messaging, concepts, and creative approaches.
•    Provide strategic direction to Figma-based designers and other content production resources.
•    Review content drafts and provide clear, consolidated, and actionable feedback.
•    Identify required changes to strengthen medical accuracy, clarity, audience relevance, and alignment with objectives.
•    Support the creation of concept decks for channel activations and content ecosystem planning.
3. Content Guidelines and Governance
•    Create a Medical Affairs content guidelines framework spanning visual identity, tone, messaging, content structure, and channel application.
•    Establish consistency in look, feel, language, and medical narrative across content and activations.

The Medical Director will serve as the bridge between Medical Affairs strategy and content production team. The partner would own content strategy, medical direction, quality, and governance, while working with Figma designers and other production resources to execute the content.

 EDUCATION, BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: 
•    A medical degree/advanced Life Science degree//PharmD with minimum 5 years of working experience in neurology and other therapeutic areas within the life sciences/pharma industry/medical communications agency in scientific/medical role
•    Familiarity with medical strategy, content development/review, and channel activation.
•    Experience in the disease area of interest through clinical experience or biopharmaceutical experience is preferred
