Role: Director – Omnichannel Orchestrator Description: The Senior Omnichannel Orchestrator/Director is a hands-on role focused on managing day-to-day projects while taking on leadership responsibilities for a cross functional team. This individual should have relevant experience in marketing and digital operations within pharmaceutical, agency supporting clients, able to quickly adapt and utilize resources across the Indegene organization. They will manage a therapeutic area, working with brand and omnichannel teams, agencies, channel execution teams, and data/analytics teams. Key responsibilities include: · End-to-end delivery of integrated customer experiences. · Creating status reports and updating agency partners. · Managing timelines and ensuring on-time execution of omnichannel programs. · Addressing issues, managing risks, and leading status calls to drive collaboration. · Facilitating cross-functional teamwork to ensure successful program delivery. · Acting as an engagement leader by fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. · Leading and mentoring teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals. · Overseeing and guiding engagement with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and success. This role has TWO main responsibilities: 1. Engagement Leadership 25% of their time 2. Responsible for end-to-end delivery of integrated omnichannel programs 75% of their time Leadership Responsibilities: 25% · Engagement Leadership: Act as an engagement leader by fostering strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and agency partners. Drive alignment on strategic goals, ensuring collaboration and delivering successful outcomes. · Mentorship & Team Guidance: Lead, mentor, and support teams across multiple functions, ensuring team alignment with overall project objectives. Help resolve conflicts, clarify roles, and maintain focus on delivery. · Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration across different departments (brand, omnichannel, data, analytics, MLR) and agency teams, ensuring smooth and timely project delivery. · Client Engagement: Lead the engagement with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or escalations effectively. Provide recommendations to enhance client experience and project success. · Risk Management & Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve emerging issues, manage project risks, and make timely recommendations to ensure smooth delivery. · Driving collaborative innovation, ensuring that all project needs are met and any emerging challenges are addressed swiftly. Core Responsibilities: 75% · Weekly Status Meeting Management & Ownership and Actions: Lead weekly status meetings, ensure the project status is on track, and hold agency partners accountable for progress. Deliver post-meeting notes, summarizing key actions and next steps required. · Brief Kickoffs & Management: Drive brief kickoffs and ensure thorough population of brief details for upcoming campaigns. · Quarterly Demand Planning: Manage the planning process for upcoming programs, including overseeing the deployment calendar/grid process. · Trafficking Process, Asset Management and Tagging Validation: Own the trafficking process and manage assets throughout the campaign lifecycle. Ensure the completion of link validation processes and CRM intake testing to guarantee smooth execution. · Asset List Creation & Expiration Management: Create and maintain an asset list, ensuring timely expiration management of assets. Ensure final creative files and properly posted in central repository for easy access by relevant teams. · Process Improvements: Identify areas for process improvements and implement efficient solutions to optimize workflows. Core Competencies: · Self-Sufficient & Proactive: Highly self-driven, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues, ensuring projects move forward to completion without delays. · Go-To-Market Expertise: Detailed understanding of go-to-market steps for developing and delivering email, web, and third-party media campaigns, including both front-end asset creation and backend implementation. · Leadership & Collaboration: Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Hands-on approach to managing both strategic and tactical elements of projects. · Agency & Pharma Experience: Seasoned experience in working with agencies, preferably in the pharma industry, with a solid understanding of the nuances and requirements of pharmaceutical marketing campaigns. · Matrixed Environment Navigation: Skilled at navigating complex, matrixed environments and taking ownership of projects across multiple teams to ensure alignment and successful execution. · Strong Project Management: Skilled at managing complex projects, managing plans, ensuring partners are clear on milestones and adhere to the times lines and raise any flags, mitigate issues and inform stakeholders. The incumbent is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of integrated customer experiences once defined by the Omnichannel Marketing Team. They are responsible for creating status reports and owning the process for updates with agency partners, driving timelines, and following up/communication with all stakeholders to ensure on-time execution of the brand’s omnichannel programs. They make recommendations to resolve issues and manage risks, lead status calls to drive collaboration and address emerging impediments to delivery and facilitate cross functional collaboration to ensure successful end to end delivery.
