Must Have

* Act as the primary onsite point of contact for clients, ensuring strong relationship management and stakeholder communication.
* Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, scope, and business objectives are successfully achieved.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to drive smooth execution.
* Manage client expectations, handle escalations proactively, and provide regular project status updates.
* Facilitate requirement gathering, solution discussions, and translate business needs into actionable delivery plans.
* Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely mitigation and resolution.
* Drive project governance, sprint planning, resource allocation, and delivery tracking.
* Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, processes, and compliance standards.
* Build and maintain strong collaboration between onsite client teams and offshore delivery teams.
* Support account growth by identifying new opportunities, process improvements, and value-added initiatives.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective communication, timely delivery, and quality execution.
* Prepare and present project reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
