Role: Leading the Omnipresence Operations for the Region Europe
Title: Director/Sr. Director � Omnichannel Operations and Execution - Europe
Job Description (Role is not limited to the below points)
� Leads the Customer Experience and Success Office (CESO) sub-unit in Europe region and build the differentiating practice for digital transformation
� Complementing the efforts of the sales and account management teams of the company to generate a pull of the CESO and Campaign capabilities and solutions whenever life science companies are embarking on Digital Transformation at a global level but implementing at a local level
� Design the capability to deliver end-to-end solution or point solutions in Europe region and clients globally
� Build functional capabilities of Omnichannel Strategy and Tactical Planning, Campaign Mgt., Operations, Analytics etc.
� Develop a capability through technology enablers that will accelerate delivery in an efficient and automated manner
� Develop and retain a strong team of omnichannel consultants within program and delivery management, campaign operations, digital and field sales marketing
Additionally, the Omnichannel Director will:
� Achieve revenue goals, quarter on quarter, with operations ownership with existing or new clients through great delivery model. developing proposals, conducting pitches, and other new business closing activities
� Expand footprint in key accounts, through the development of short-term and long-term account delivery strategies specific to each account and successful execution on operations strategy.
� Represent CESO and Campaign business units in the Europe and partner with the counterparts in the US and delivery centers across the globe
� Build and maintain delivery models or test and learn roadmap to continually iterate and optimize the effectiveness of all channels to ensure expansion of accounts and renewal rates.
� Build strategy to Up-Sell and Cross Sell by analyzing client needs and leveraging analytics, data and deep customer insights to continually push the solutions to the next level � for new business and organic growth
� Driving client-specific partnership strategy, in collaboration with our business development and sales organizations, by knowing the client organization inside and out
� Provide operational leadership by ensuring that the team is meaningfully engaged and utilized
� Meaningfully communicate insights and information to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication, set expectations for better execution of projects
� Managing high risk/impact issues by close coordination between client and Indegene teams
� Manage service level agreements, KPI�s, and all administrative duties in a collaborative environment
� Motivating and leading teams, manage performance and help member grow in their career through development and engagement
� Culturally manage teams and create a great virtual, global positive work environment
� Keeping an eye on the external environment for relevant market trends, new innovations, promote continuous improvement among team members

Preferred Qualifications:
� Mix of technical and business orientation
� Deep knowledge of European markets, including compliance and channels
� Pharmaceutical multichannel and omnichannel experience either with a manufacturer or service provider
� Digital operation and campaign management and execution experience with multiple tactics and channels, including email, web, search, social and field sales
� Knowledge of marketing automation platforms, analytics and BI tools, database and consent management technologies

Germany, UK or France preferred � open to other countries with ability to travel across the region
