Title: GenAI Consultant

Job Description: The Generative AI Consultant acts as the strategic bridge between advanced AI capabilities and pharmaceutical commercial operations. This role focuses on translating complex GenAI concepts into actionable, business-driven solutions that transform the commercial content value chain for global life sciences clients.
You will drive adoption by turning AI potential into executable strategies that align with the rigorous compliance and operational standards of the pharma industry.

What This Role Actually Does
•    This is a strategic advisory and solution-design role, not a backend engineering position.
•    You will serve as the primary translator between technical AI teams and non-technical pharmaceutical business leaders.
•    Your day-to-day involves demystifying GenAI capabilities, identifying high-value use cases within the commercial content lifecycle (such as optimizing Veeva Vault PromoMats workflows), and designing intuitive AI operating models.
•    You will guide brand managers and marketing directors through the transformation process, ensuring that AI solutions solve real-world business challenges rather than existing as standalone technical experiments.
•    You will shape future-state narratives using storyboards, metaphors, and visual journeys

Must Have

Key Responsibilities
•    Executive Advisory & Translation: Educate and guide pharma brand teams on GenAI capabilities, translating complex technical architectures into clear business value and operational impact.
•    AI Solution Design: Architect strategic blueprints and operating models for integrating GenAI into existing pharmaceutical content workflows, ensuring alignment with industry compliance (MLR) frameworks.
•    Use Case Identification: Evaluate the commercial value chain to pinpoint and scope high-impact AI opportunities, from content creation and modularization to approval orchestration.
•    Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate high-level workshops and strategy sessions to align technical delivery teams with the operational realities and regulatory constraints of life sciences clients.
•    Strategic Roadmapping: Develop actionable, step-by-step implementation plans that move clients from traditional content production hubs to AI-powered orchestration teams.

Desired Profile
•    Professional Experience: 5 to 7 years in management consulting, digital strategy, or solution architecture, with direct exposure to the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector.

•    GenAI Strategy Expertise: Deep conceptual understanding of Generative AI applications and the proven ability to explain these technologies clearly to non-technical executive audiences.

•    Solution Architecting: Exceptional ability to structure ambiguous business problems and design logical, tech-enabled, and outcome-oriented solutions.

•    Executive Communication: High-level presentation and storytelling skills, capable of driving consensus and leading transformation initiatives across varied stakeholder groups.

•    Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship.
