  • Offering strategic guidance and ensuring alignment with client objectives
  • Facilitating executive-level decision-making and stakeholder engagement
  • Supporting risk mitigation and issue resolution at a program leve
  • Overall program budget management

  1. Program Governance & Strategic Alignment
  • Oversee the overarching governance framework for the program, ensuring all workstreams (e.g., Medical Affairs, PRMA, Commercial, Patient Engagement) are aligned with client’s strategic launch objectives.
  • Drive integration across functions and service lines to create a seamless end-to-end delivery experience for the client.
     
2. Client Relationship Leadership
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for client leadership, fostering trust and long-term partnership.
  • Translate high-level client strategy into actionable priorities for cross-functional delivery teams.
     
3. Executive-Level Reporting & Communication
  • Oversee executive briefings for steering committee meetings and senior stakeholder forums.
     
4. Risk, Compliance & Quality Oversight
  • Anticipate and address program-level risks, interdependencies, and bottlenecks before they escalate.
     
5. Financial & Commercial Management
  • Ensure scope adherence and support commercial discussions when change orders or scope extensions are needed.
     
6. Change Management & Launch Readiness
  • Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and approaches across the program.
  • Oversee cross-functional readiness in both pre-launch and post-launch phases, ensuring market and operational preparedness.
     
7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
  • Define and track program KPIs, measuring outcomes against launch objectives and client expectations.
  • Capture lessons learned to drive continuous improvement for future launches.
     
8. Internal Leadership & Coordination
  • Act as the primary liaison between client-facing teams and internal senior leadership to ensure alignment on priorities, resource allocation, and strategic direction.
  • Coach and mentor internal team leads to maintain high performance and client satisfaction.
