Graphic Lead

 

Role Overview: 
As an Graphic Lead, you will drive the creative vision and execution of high-impact campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and market trends. With expertise in origination, creative conceptualization, and campaign development, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing bold and innovative ideas to life. Your experience in creative agencies and fast-paced environments will be instrumental in delivering compelling visual storytelling and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead creative origination by developing fresh, innovative concepts for brand campaigns, product launches, and digital activations. 

Drive the visual storytelling and design language across all marketing and advertising materials. 

Collaborate with copywriters, designers, strategists, and production teams to execute brand-centric creative ideas. 

Partner with marketing, client stakeholders, and creative agencies to align campaign vision with business goals. 

Develop and oversee campaign mood boards, visual concepts, and style guides for multi-channel executions (print, digital, social, and video). 

Maintain a high level of creative excellence while balancing tight deadlines in a fast-paced work environment. 

Provide art direction and design leadership to internal and external teams, ensuring consistency and innovation. 

Conduct creative reviews and approvals, refining assets to meet brand standards and creative integrity. 

Stay ahead of industry trends, cultural movements, and emerging design technologies to keep campaigns fresh and competitive. 

Drive end-to-end campaign execution, from ideation and pitch presentations to final production. 

Shape 

Skills & Experience: 

7+ years of experience in creative roles, with a focus on art direction, branding, and campaign conceptualization. 

Strong background in creative agency environments or in-house creative leadership roles. 

Expertise in brand storytelling, visual identity development, and multi-channel campaign execution. 

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other visual design tools. 

Strong knowledge of photography, videography, typography, and motion design. 

Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously. 

Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas to internal and external stakeholders. 

Ability to interpret briefs and translate business objectives into compelling creative solutions. 

Strong leadership and team collaboration skills, fostering innovation and creativity across teams. 

A passion for trend forecasting, cultural insights, and storytelling that resonates with audiences.
