Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AEM Content Author to join our digital experience team. The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5) and a strong understanding of content strategy, digital asset management, SEO, and publishing workflows. This role involves creating, managing, and optimizing web content to deliver seamless and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create, edit, and publish web pages, landing pages, and multimedia content using AEM 6.5.
• Manage Content Fragments, Experience Fragments, and DAM assets for scalable content reuse.
• Ensure content adheres to brand guidelines, accessibility standards, and responsive design principles.
• Collaborate with AEM Lead, UX, QA and development teams to align content with business objectives.
• Apply SEO best practices including metadata, alt tags, and keyword optimization.
• Conduct QA checks for accuracy, functionality, and design consistency before publishing.
• Utilize HTML/CSS, SASS for minor layout adjustments within AEM components and templates.
• Support content migration and AEM Cloud initiatives when required.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field required 3- 4 years’ experience required.
• Expertise and relevant project hands on experience in Adobe Experience Manager content authoring required
• Working with Microservices, Forms and Target Authoring in AEM is an added advantage
• Good verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills and interpersonal skills
• Be proactive and collaborative in the team
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and make changes in AEM as needed to resolve issues
• Knowledge of agile working ways and request management/tracking tools like JIRA or Service now.
