Account Lead
Job Description:
Strong client-facing and project-management skills.
Experience in managing creative and digital projects.
Ability to handle multiple projects through all phases: initiation, planning, execution, and closure. Proven ability to manage teams (direct and indirect).
Focus on continuous process improvement and system enhancements.
Ensure process management and compliance with standards.
Commitment to self-development and growth.
Review project financials with the Finance team. Manage gross margins, profitability and
revenue generation of the project under the guidance of Managers
· Closely monitor the project status with regular reviews or follow-ups with all the resources and Leads on the progress; perform quality checks with regard to the outcomes required for the
projects
· Manage client escalations with effective communication on the cause to all stakeholders;
monitor the escalations to help stabilise the project. Perform root cause analysis along with all
stakeholders, under guidance
· Resolve any issues and problems faced by client and provide solutions to maintain trust
· Develop and maintain long-term relationships with client accounts
· Manage the Data Matrix of all the project-related documents. Present the projects during audits
and cooperate with auditors by providing all relevant documents concerning the projects
· Prepare status reports for regular client updates and governance calls with clients. Manage the
routing status on a periodic basis with key stakeholders
· Manage a portfolio of client accounts and provide new solutions or enhancement to the
existing deliverables
Collaborate and work with the Leads/Resource Managers and create an ecosystem of team
work, learning to drive quality deliverables
· Convey client requirements and review the work done by the team members; provide feedback
and conduct their performance appraisal. Manage expectations around project delivery
· Participate in hiring talent, set goals, provide feedback and train the team (direct or indirect).
Manage the utilisation of the direct team if applicable
