Job Summary: Analyst in Omnichannel Analytics supports the development of data-driven omnichannel analytics plans for customers. They assist in analyzing customer interactions across multiple channels and contribute to defining and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to measure the success of an omnichannel program. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to support multiple tasks effectively while providing accurate data-driven input to analytic solutions

Title / Designation: Analyst

The Job entails the following but not limited to:
•    Assist in developing tabulations and summaries using Excel/VBA, Tableau, BI, SQL.
•    Write SQL queries to extract, merge and prepare granular and aggregated datasets for data analytics and business intelligence
•    Support in developing data analysis and reports / dashboards as per client requirements
•    Perform data processing and advanced statistical analysis / modeling using R / Python
•    Provide preliminary insights through data analyses and visualization for small to large secondary datasets
•    Ability to translate a business question into analytics problem with guidance
•    Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks on analytical solutions
•    Ability to engage stakeholders, ask relevant questions to gather requirements and present the outcomes of projects undertaken
•    Own projects, break down into tasks and execute end-end with guidance
•    Ability to hypothesize, test the hypothesis using data and derive insights/suggestions to optimize business operations
•    Possesses basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market 
•    Conduct market research and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making
•    Create compelling, insightful data-driven presentations under supervision and articulate clearly to stakeholders
•    Execute best practices in the department regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements
•    Demonstrate passion to learn and analyze for different therapy areas, markets, phases of product life-cycle and multi-channels with strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills

Job Specification:
•    Education/Background:
o    BTech +MBA/MTech 
o    B.pharm/MPharm/ PharmD + Certifications in analytics
o    Minimum 1-2 years of Analytics experience
