Analyst – Omnichannel Analytics
Job Summary
The Analyst in Omnichannel Analytics plays a critical role in designing and executing data-driven strategies to optimize customer engagement across multiple channels. This position involves analyzing brand performance and market dynamics, reviewing forecasts, identifying key drivers of change, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. The analyst defines and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of omnichannel initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is a dynamic and detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills, capable of multitasking and delivering creative, data-backed solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Title / Designation: Analyst
The Job entails the following but not limited to:
• Develop tabulations, summarizing using statistical methods, custom tools, applications using Excel/VBA, SQL, Python etc.
• Write SQL queries to extract, merge and prepare granular and aggregated datasets for data analytics and business intelligence
• Developing and reviewing data analysis and reports / dashboards as per client requirements
• Perform data processing and advanced statistical analysis / modeling using Python
• Provide insights through data analyses and visualization for small to large secondary datasets
• Ability to translate a business question into analytics problem to develop business rules, process flow and methodology for analysis
• Leverage problem solving skills and frameworks on analytical solutions
• Should be able to engage stakeholders, ask relevant questions to gather requirements and present the outcomes of projects undertaken
• Should be able to own projects, break down into tasks and execute independently
• Should be able to hypothesize, test the hypothesis using data and derive insights/suggestions to optimize business operations
• Possesses basic knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market
• Conduct market research and desk research to derive insights and inform client decision making
• Create compelling, insightful data-driven presentations and articulating clearly to stakeholders
• Executes the best practices in the department regarding - processes, communication (internal & external), project management, documentation and technical requirements
• Experience in forecasting techniques, pharma inline forecasting, identifying drivers of change in forecasts, forecast communication with stakeholders will be an added advantage
• Deliver and be able to review analytical solutions that is rated high on depth, comprehensiveness, quality and timelines
• Demonstrate passion to learn and analyze for different therapy areas, markets, phases of product life-cycle and multi-channels with strong written and verbal communication / presentation skills

• Education/Background:
o BTech +MBA/MTech
o BPharm/PharmD + Certifications in analytics
• Experience
o Analyst - Min 1-2 years of Analytics experience
• Key Skills
o Analyst - Python, SQL, excel, Statictics & Storyboarding
