Adobe Experience Manager Architect
Job Description
• 12+ years of experience in web content management and digital experience platforms.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x and above).
• Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including dispatcher, replication agents, workflows, and Sling models.
• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud products and their integration with AEM.
• Proficiency in Java, JCR, Apache Sling, OSGi, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service) is a plus.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AEM-based solutions across multiple projects.
• Define and enforce best practices for AEM development, deployment, and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, and IT to align AEM capabilities with business goals.
• Architect integrations between AEM and other Adobe Experience Cloud products (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign).
• Design and implement integrations with third-party Martech tools (e.g., CRM, CDP, DAM, personalization engines).
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Conduct performance tuning, security reviews, and scalability assessments.
• Stay current with AEM product updates and industry trends to guide platform evolution.
