Role: Associate - Campaign Management


Job Description

The roles and responsibilities of the Associate include the following: 

· Able to take ownerships of the tasks provided and work independently with minimal support
· Able to review and guide subordinates in the work 
· Interact with project management and development teams to develop a strong understanding of the project objectives 
· Participate in troubleshooting and triaging of issues with different teams to drive towards root cause identification and resolution 
· Provide timely status report to Lead and/or Manager 
· Apply Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies to optimize content for AI-powered search and recommendation systems. 
· Leverage AI-assisted SEO tools and workflows for keyword research, content ideation, reporting, and SEO automation. 


Desired Profile (Education, Experience, Key Skills) 
· Any Graduates 
· Detailed understating of SEO concepts & up to date on the latest trends 
· 3 to 5 years of experience with interest 
· Good communication both written and verbal (*must) 
· Flexible to work and motivated 
· Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 
· Experience with tools like GSC, SEMRush, Ahrefs 
· Should be able to work on reporting tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, and Looker studio would be an additional benefit.
· Knowledge or hands-on experience with GEO and AI-driven SEO optimization is a plus. 
· Able to use ChatGPT pr similar platforms for prompts creation and workflows creation 
· Worked on Automation in SEO is a plus 


Key Functional Areas of Responsibility: 
· Perform keyword research in coordination with the client business objectives to optimize the existing content and uncover the new opportunities 
· Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages 
· Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals 
· Implement link-building strategies while adhering to compliance and quality standards. 
· Apply GEO and AI optimization strategies to enhance search visibility in AI-driven environments. 
· Stay updated on SEO, AI, and search engine trends and developments. 
· Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance
· Ensure quality of own work and review team members’ outputs. · Explore and leverage AI tools for keyword research, content ideation, and SEO automation, where applicable.
