About the role

We are looking for an Associate Manager, Account-Based Marketing, to help plan and execute targeted marketing programs for priority accounts.

You will work closely with sales teams, business leaders, subject-matter experts, content, digital marketing, design, and marketing operations. You will use account research and business insights to create relevant campaigns that improve engagement, strengthen client relationships, and support pipeline growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine structured thinking with strong execution. You should be comfortable conducting research, developing campaign plans, coordinating stakeholders, managing timelines, tracking performance, and recommending improvements.

 

Key responsibilities

  1. Account research and planning
    • Research priority accounts, including their business strategy, key stakeholders, market developments, challenges, and potential areas of opportunity.
    • Support the development of account plans, stakeholder maps, messaging frameworks, and campaign briefs.
    • Identify relevant stakeholder groups and help tailor engagement to their priorities.
    • Align with sales on account goals and opportunities
    • Track account signals and updates

2. Campaign execution

    • Plan and execute targeted campaigns across email, content, social media, events, webinars, executive engagement, and digital channels.
    • Coordinate the development of campaign assets with content, creative, digital, and subject-matter teams.
    • Support the creation of personalized content and engagement journeys for priority accounts.
    • Support account-focused events, workshops, roundtables, and executive outreach programs.

3. Sales and stakeholder collaboration

    • Work closely with sales and account teams to align marketing activities with account priorities.
    • Coordinate regular reviews to share campaign progress, engagement insights, and recommended next steps.
    • Provide sales teams with relevant content, messaging, account insights, and campaign updates.

4. Measurement and reporting

    • Track engagement, delivery, and content performance
    • Maintain dashboards and reports
    • Analyze results and suggest improvements
    • Support pipeline and opportunity impact tracking

Must Have

Experience and qualifications

  • MBA or equivalent in marketing/business/communications
  • 2–4 years in B2B marketing, ABM, demand gen, or digital marketing
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong research, analytical, and project management skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management
