Role: Associate Manager-Advanced Analytics Reporting
Job Description: The Associate Manager – Reporting will lead reporting and analytics initiatives for pharmaceutical clients, driving data-driven decision-making. This role involves managing dashboards, overseeing reporting delivery, collaborating with stakeholders, and mentoring team members while ensuring high-quality insights aligned with pharma commercial objectives.
Experience
6–10 years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
Experience in pharmaceutical / life sciences domain is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Reporting & Analytics Delivery
Design, develop, and manage dashboards and reports using Tableau / Power BI
Own end-to-end reporting deliverables including data extraction, transformation, and visualization
Translate business requirements into functional and technical reporting specifications
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of reporting outputs
Stakeholder Management
Work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to understand business needs
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Present insights and recommendations to leadership and clients
Data & Domain Expertise
Serve as SME for pharma commercial data, KPIs, segmentation, and business rules
Handle large datasets and ensure data integrity and governance
Drive actionable insights from data to support commercial decision-making
Team Leadership
Manage and mentor a team of analysts/reporting specialists
Allocate tasks, review deliverables, and ensure quality standards
Support team capability building and upskilling initiatives
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to enhance reporting frameworks and automation
Improve dashboard usability, visualization design, and self-service analytics
Ensure adherence to best practices in reporting and data visualization

Required Skills
Strong expertise in Tableau / Power BI
Proficiency in SQL and MS Excel
Experience in pharma commercial analytics (sales, marketing, omnichannel KPIs)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience in handling large datasets and building scalable reporting solutions
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of pharma data sources (IQVIA, Symphony, CRM systems)
Experience in data modeling and ETL processes
Exposure to advanced analytics or automation tools
