Role: Associate Manager - Campaign Management
Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Associate Manager / Manager – Paid Media Strategist to lead end-to-end paid media strategy with a strong focus on HCP targeting across US & EU markets.
The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in pharma programmatic ecosystems, endemic healthcare channels, and data-driven audience strategies, along with strong analytical and client-facing capabilities.
This role will drive solutioning, GTM strategy, client pitches, and governance, while ensuring compliance in highly regulated healthcare environments. In addition, the role requires a forward-looking mindset to leverage AI, data intelligence, and emerging media technologies to enhance campaign performance and HCP engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• HCP-Focused Media Strategy & Solutioning - Develop precision-driven paid media strategies targeting HCPs using specialty, behavioral, and intent-based segmentation.
• Programmatic Leadership - Execute and optimize pharma programmatic campaigns using healthcare DSPs like PulsePoint, DeepIntent, and Sermo.
• Endemic Channel Expertise - Plan and manage campaigns across healthcare-specific platforms such as Medscape, Doximity, Doceree, and OpenEvidence.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy - Design and implement GTM strategies aligned to client objectives, therapy areas, and HCP engagement goals.
• Governance, Compliance & Best Practices - Ensure campaign execution adheres to HIPAA, GDPR, and pharma regulatory standards with defined governance frameworks.
• Client Leadership & Strategic Consulting - Act as a strategic advisor to clients, driving media innovation and HCP engagement effectiveness.
• Strategic Pitches & Business Growth - Lead solutioning and pitch development to acquire and grow healthcare and pharma client accounts.
• Performance Optimization & Analytics - Monitor campaign KPIs and optimize performance using data-driven insights and testing frameworks.
• AI & Innovation in Media - Leverage AI and LLMs to enhance targeting, personalization, and media performance outcomes.
Required Qualifications
• Minimum 12 years in digital marketing, with significant exposure to SEM, Social, and Programmatic advertising.
• Proven success managing and optimizing digital campaigns within the healthcare/pharma industry.
• Updated understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-based marketing solutions, with the ability to apply them in digital strategy and campaign execution.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in solutioning, GTM planning, and digital strategy roles.
• Experience working with US and/or EU clients will be a strong advantage.
• Strong background in an agency environment with a track record of leading multi-channel campaigns.
• Deep understanding of SEM (Google Ads, Bing), Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat), and Programmatic ad platforms (DSPs, SSPs, AdServer).
• Skilled at interpreting data, generating insights, and presenting results in a clear, actionable manner.
• Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and team leadership skills.
