Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Manager to support and expand our Customer Data Platform (CDP) program within a key client account. This role will act as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor, helping the client maximize the value of their CDP investment through use case discovery, solution consultation, operational optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
The successful candidate will work closely with client stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, drive adoption of CDP capabilities, share best practices and success stories, and support the continuous evolution of the client's customer engagement ecosystem.
Must Have
CDP Strategy & Use Case Consulting
• Partner with client stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and prioritize new CDP use cases aligned with business objectives.
• Provide consultation on audience strategy, personalization opportunities, customer journey design, and data activation approaches.
• Translate business requirements into scalable CDP solutions and engagement strategies.
• Support the development of CDP roadmaps and adoption plans across business functions.
Program Growth & Adoption
• Drive expansion of CDP capabilities and services within the client account.
• Identify opportunities to increase platform utilization, business impact, and stakeholder engagement.
• Promote successful implementations and business outcomes through structured case studies, presentations, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Champion CDP best practices and encourage adoption across teams, brands, and markets.
Operational Optimization
• Review existing CDP operations and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and business impact.
• Recommend process enhancements and best practices to strengthen program effectiveness.
• Support the standardization of approaches, frameworks, and operating procedures across CDP initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal and client teams to address operational challenges and enable continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management
• Serve as a key point of contact between client teams, delivery teams, and internal subject matter experts.
• Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and strategic discussions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Communicate program progress, opportunities, risks, and achievements to leadership audiences.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to position the CDP program as a strategic business enabler.
Performance Measurement & Advisory
• Advise client teams on CDP measurement frameworks, KPIs, and success metrics.
• Share industry best practices, benchmarks, and success stories to drive informed decision-making.
• Support stakeholders in evaluating program effectiveness and identifying optimization opportunities.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Information Systems, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP), marketing technology, digital marketing, customer engagement, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on experience supporting or consulting on CDP implementations, use case development, audience strategy, segmentation, and customer journey orchestration.
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders in a client-facing or consulting environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business objectives into scalable customer engagement and data-driven solutions.
• Experience with leading CDP platforms is required; experience with Salesforce Data Cloud and Adobe Experience Platform is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with omnichannel engagement, personalization, data activation, and performance measurement frameworks is preferred.
• Experience supporting global or regional customer engagement programs is preferred.
