Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with demonstrated expertise in building RBAC-gated enterprise portals. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing a secure, scalable collaboration platform for pharmaceutical distributors and brand teams. This role requires deep experience in architecting role-based access layers, implementing complex approval workflows, and ensuring data integrity within regulated environments. You will collaborate closely with product, UX, and compliance teams to deliver a modern portal that supports PO requests, demand forecasting, training modules, campaign coordination, and advanced analytics dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement a robust Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) framework to securely manage permissions across distributors, brand managers, supply chain teams, and internal business stakeholders.
• Develop multi-step approval workflows for PO requests, forecasting updates, campaign submissions, and other key operational processes.
• Build data silos and workspace boundaries ensuring strict segregation of distributor-specific data, maintaining compliance with pharma and enterprise-grade security expectations.
• Develop and maintain front-end components and back-end services that power forecasting, events, training, and campaign collaboration modules.
• Integrate data-driven dashboards with automated refresh cycles and appropriate access policies per user type.
• Partner with solution architects, QA, and product leads to ensure high performance, intuitive UX, and rigorous compliance across the platform.
• Conduct unit, integration, and security testing to maintain system reliability and audit readiness.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring scalability for global distributor networks.
Required Skills
• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally on large-scale B2B or enterprise portals.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Angular.
• Familiarity with web portal technologies such as Drupal CMS, Bootstrap or similar UI frameworks, and scalable web server infrastructure patterns
• Proven experience implementing RBAC, secure authentication, session management, and access governance in enterprise applications.
• Deep understanding of state management patterns (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or equivalent) to maintain reliable, traceable user interactions in complex workflow environments.
• Experience designing approval flows, audit logs, and workflow engines for multi-stakeholder systems.
• Familiarity with secure web infrastructure components such as CDNs, reverse proxies, and caching strategies to support high-availability enterprise portals.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration patterns with external systems.
• Familiarity with pharma-grade compliance requirements such as data minimization, permissioned access, and traceability.
• Hands-on experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and secure data modelling.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD, version control, automated testing, and DevOps best practices.
Preferred Skills
• Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools or rule engines (e.g., Camunda, Temporal, n8n).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and serverless architectures.
• Knowledge of dashboarding frameworks and data visualization standards for enterprise use.
• Exposure to distributor portals, supply chain workflows, or commercial operations tools.
