Role: Associate Manager – Integrations & Consent Management


Role Overview: We are seeking an Associate Manager with strong technical depth in system integrations, consent and identity ecosystems. The role combines architecture oversight, hands-on engineering guidance, and delivery management .
The ideal candidate will have experience designing secure integration architectures, implementing consent and preference management workflows, and leveraging AI-based coding agents to accelerate delivery and governance.

Must Have

Key Responsibilities
1. Enterprise Integrations Architecture
Design and implement scalable integration solutions using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and middleware platforms.
Lead integrations across CRM, CDP, Marketing Automation, Consent Systems, Identity Providers, and enterprise data platforms.
Architect secure API gateways, authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML), and token-based access models.
Oversee batch and real-time integrations, including queue-based processing and webhook orchestration.
Ensure compliance with enterprise security, auditability, and data governance standards.
 
2. Consent & Preference Management
Lead implementation and integration of Consent Management Platforms (e.g., OneTrust, custom consent hubs).
Design consent data flows across websites, mobile apps, CRM, and marketing systems.
Implement region-specific consent logic (GDPR, CCPA, PDPA, etc.).
Configure and validate consent APIs, webhook listeners, and preference propagation mechanisms.
Ensure audit logging, versioning, and traceability of consent records.
Support data masking, encryption, and privacy-by-design principles in all workflows.
 
4. Delivery & Technical Leadership
Manage small-to-mid size engineering teams (5–10 members).
Conduct architecture reviews and enforce coding standards.
Drive sprint planning, estimations, and technical risk mitigation.
Collaborate with security, DevOps, QA, and compliance stakeholders.
Provide mentorship to developers on integration best practices and AI-assisted development.


 
Required Skills & Technical Expertise
Core Technical Stack
Languages: Python / Node.js / Java
API Standards: REST, OpenAPI, GraphQL
Auth Protocols: OAuth2, OIDC, SAML
Consent Platforms: OneTrust or equivalent
Cloud Platforms: AWS / Azure
DevOps: Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes
Compliance & Governance Awareness
Understanding of GDPR and data privacy principles
Knowledge of audit logging and data retention policies
Exposure to regulated environments (pharma, healthcare, finance preferred)
Experience with secure coding and secret management

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Life Sciences / Pharma domain
